SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Full job description
We are looking to recruit a personable and confident, service administrator to join our friendly team at our Alford based workshop.
Whilst knowledge of agriculture and experience from a service / workshop background in another industry would be a benefit, however we will consider applications from candidates who have no previous experience in this field of work.
Duties to include:
• Receiving and handling incoming calls from customers, suppliers and service engineers.
• Assisting other members of staff within the service department.
• Booking service and repair work into the workshop diary using a computer-based system.
• Proactive calling to organise seasonal and maintenance work.
• General workshop administration.
• Customer liaison.
Qualifications:
• Robust computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks and accurate data entry.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to reorganise and prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail in documentation.

The remuneration package will be based upon experience and capability.

About the company:
S&K are a family owned and managed company based in Alford on Beechings Way industrial estate. Established in 2006 they have been providing service to the farmers of Lincolnshire for almost 20 years. The service department employs four full-time service technicians who work both on and off site. The successful candidate will organise and manage their work schedules and assist them with admin tasks as well as carrying out other service-related activities.
